When exploring the possibility of purchasing a home from out-of-state, it is important that you are aware of these 3 things! 👇🏻

1. Narrow your focus to a specific area or neighborhood of interest. I highly recommend planning a trip out here to explore the areas you are most interested in.

2. Determine your top 3 “must-haves.” Whether it’s the primary suite on the main floor, a particular home style, or a 3-car garage, stick to these criteria and exclusively explore homes that meet all of these requirements.

3. Stick to your timeline. If your hope is to move within 60 to 90 days, try and resist the urge to prolong the process. I have seen many people prolong things and then regret it later on.
